AM, a journey at the table.
Alexandre Mazzia's restaurant, three stars in the Michelin Guide, on rue François Rocca in Marseille: instinctive cooking, shaped by a childhood in the Congo and summers on the Atlantic coast. We designed its website, took its photographs and worked on its SEO, in five languages.

The project
You choose the flight, the chef chooses the destination.
At AM, you don't choose a menu but a journey: by day or by night, shorter or longer, to a destination only the chef knows. Since 2014, Alexandre Mazzia has built his cooking on his signature tracers: roasting, spices, chilli and smoke.
The challenge: bring this journey to life from the very first screen, speak to visitors from all over the world in their own language, and lead them to a booking.

Alexandre Mazzia
A childhood in Pointe-Noire, in the Congo, summers with a fisherman grandfather on the Île de Ré, then Marseille, where he opened AM on 17 June 2014. Three Michelin stars since 2021, five Gault&Millau toques.
A website that takes you on board.
The whole website follows the journey: a departures board that comes alive on the homepage, a boarding pass to choose your date and flight, by day or by night, the chef's flight log and its stopovers. TheFork booking is built into the journey.

Stopovers in pictures.
The dining room, the chef at service, bites set on stone and wood, sauces poured at the table: a series shot on site, feeding the website, social media and the press.
