Zostera, the ocean at the table.
Chef Julien Dumas's restaurant, awarded one Michelin star, a stone's throw from the Trocadéro: creative, sustainable, ocean-driven cooking. We designed its website, wrote its texts, took its photographs and worked on its SEO.

The project
Seafood cooking, told just right.
On rue Pergolèse, near the Trocadéro, Julien Dumas devotes Zostera to the ocean: marine, creative and sustainable cooking.
The challenge: a website worthy of the plate, the right words for demanding cooking, and images that make people want to book.

Julien Dumas
Trained from Lucas Carton to Alain Ducasse, Julien Dumas ran the kitchen at the Saint James in Paris, where he earned a Michelin star and a green star. At Zostera, he devotes all his work to the ocean and its produce.
A pared-back setting for the plate.
A sober website where images lead: light background, elegant typography, a short path to booking. Managed by the team to keep menus and events up to date.

Words worthy of the cooking.
Restaurant presentation, chef portrait, menus, descriptions for Google: texts written to be read by guests as well as by search engines, without needless jargon.
Restaurant gastronomique par Julien Dumas à Paris 16 : cuisine marine, créative et durable à deux pas du Trocadéro.
Plates that breathe.
A series shot on site: the dining room, the chef's plates and their ceramics, the gestures of service. Bright images that lead the website, for social media and the press.
